Okay, so, here YOU can ask questions about The Hylian Phoenix.
I don't know what else to say, really... it's rather simple.

Example:
You: why u mak so mush tme on cratin screns?

Me: So it'll look good.

Okay, so that example was just a filler... but you get the point, right?
So, ask any questions you want, and I'll do my best to answer.

How many levels will there be, and are you collecting items from them (like the trifroce pieces) or are the levels driven by the storyline?

Well, more like a mix of OoT, LttP and TP. Kind of weird mix, but I think it's working out really well... but overall, I'm creating my own feel. So when you start playing, you'll really feel that. Smile

Well, there'll be dungeons all over the place, but not all of them will be levels. The dungeons in the first demo wasn't levels... just dungeons.
I haven't got an exact number, because I change stuff all the time.
I can say that there WILL be more gameplay on the overworld, than in the dungeons...
but there will be lots of dungeon crawling too, for those who likes that.
A lot of extra dungeons too, for people who likes to hunt for treasures.

You won't be collecting triforce pieces, or even use that function, really.
As the rest of the game, Link goes into the dungeons for a reason... sometimes it IS to collect something, but not like the triforce.
Story driven... at all times.

our new forum's first marriage proposal?! adorable. same sex marriage is legal in my state, but is not allowed in Virginia. is it done in Oslo?

Well, Joe123 could kind of be called one... but he's only doing scripts and stuff related to his tasks at the moment.
I WANT one, really, cause that would speed up the development a lot, but I kind of want this to be so true to my own idea as possible.
I want to design all overworlds completly by myself, but there's a lot of dungeons to be made too, so I may want someone to help me do some, at least.
This person has to show me that he/she can make a great dungeon in the tileset that I'm using though...
Keep in mind that this wouldn't be a full time partner, but more like a contributor. Much like Nuvo and Joe123 is contributing to the project at the moment.

But anyways, Plissken, if you where hinting on that you where interested... go make a dungeon in the DoR tileset... doesn't even have to be big, just good...
it has to look good aswell, obviously. Heh.

Yes, gay marriage are allowed here, if I'm not entierly mistaken.

I agree with wanting more items, but I don't see the need to add more swords and hammers. I would much rather see completely new items rather than just remakes of old ones (unless they have really awesome special abilities Awesome

).
