What they said. The only thing I can really emphasize here is break up those tress some. Especially in the lower left quadrant. By the way, it looks kind of like there should be tree tops along the bottom there. Like, if there are tress south of there.
To liven this up a bit, I'd add some color. Maybe some fireflies (DoR has those, right?), some different colored flowers, and, if you're feeling really motivated, a path, and maybe even some transparent overlays. Rocks and stumps are a nice touch too. Not a bad start though.

Yeah, it's certainly not a bad screenshot, but there are defnitely some things that could be changed.
Try to make your trees a bit more random. Your setup is okay, but you start doing a little bit too much of the "tree block" look. Also, like Furion said, adding some more color to the screen might not be a bad idea as it is one gigantic block of green. Maybe add some different colored trees. Granted, there's not a lot you can do in a forest, but a little would probably go a long way. Finally, it may not be a bad idea to add some other type of tree in there as well to make things a little diverse. Overall, it's not a bad screen, it's just rather basic. A solid 3 that could easily be turned into a 4.

You need to use more color diversity. Change the tree layouts, its too repetitive.
