The process of submitting content onto this database is quite different from the process at other Zelda Classic databases. For one, there are two tiers for uploading content onto the database. The first tier consists of members who have been activated, but have not yet been validated by an administrator. These people can be trial members or unvalidated members. In the second tier are members who are validated - members who have gone through the trial period and have been validated by an administrator.

Trial and Unvalidated Members
For unvalidated members, submissions must be verified and accepted by an administrator before they are released publicly on the database with the exception of screenshots.

Validated Members
Validated members may submit content directly to the database without having administrator approval.

Since validated members are allowed to upload content freely, restrictions on uploading and editing submissions have been put into place.

- Only 5 quests may be submitted each day.
- Only 2 demo may be submitted each day.
- Only 10 tiles may be submitted each day.
- Only 3 tilesets may be submitted each day.
- Only 10 scripts may be submitted per day.
- Only 1 screenshot may be submitted per day.
- Only one edit for quest and demo submissions is allowed per day.
- Only three edits for script submissions per day.
- Only two demos are allowed to be submitted by a member at a time.

Proper Filetypes are Required
One major item to mention is that the database will only accept jpgs, pngs, and gifs for images, and it will only accept qst and zips for quest and demo submissions. Scripts must be submitted as a zh, z, txt, or zip file. All other formats will not be accepted. It is up to the submitter to change a submission to the proper format before uploading it, otherwise the submission will be rejected and the submitter will have to redo the form.

No More Waiting
Because of this system, there will be some major benefits. Since validated members may submit public content to the database at any time, there will not be any long waits before seeing updates onto the database. Even for unvalidated members, the accepting process for administrators is quick and will be done semi-frequently.

The Featured Bar and Screenshots
At the top of every page on the main site is the "featured bar". This randomly selects a quest, demo, and screenshot to highlight. However, when it comes to quest and demo submissions, the featured bar will only select quests with at least one picture, so it pays to upload screenshots to your submission.
